I. Michael Vella, MD is a board certified Orthopedic surgeon licensed in NYS. He brings thirty years of clinical experiences and a vast array of corporate relationships. He is co-founder of Syracuse Orthopedic Surgeons holding the position of managing partner, president and CEO. During his tenure as such, successfully merged one office with 5 Orthopedic surgeons, to 11 offices, 31 surgeons, 36 mid-level staff and employing more than 600 people to make this all work. Services include a MSO, multimodal Xray, nuclear medicine and MRI as well as 2 surgical centers providing outpatient services, including outpatient total joint replacements.
SOS supports 3 area hospitals with physicians and surgical staffing devoted to high quality and superior surgical outcomes.
Dr. Vella studied at Siena College, SUNY UMC, Brown Univ., and Harvard where he received his fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Vella sits as a trustee of a local health insurance group and has successfully sat as President of Midstate IPA for 19 years.
Business wise, he is proudest of his groups growth and adoption of early technologies. Incorporating these technologies for the betterment of his partners and his patients. The group remains an independent practice to this date.
John Polidori is a business veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in retention, engagement, leadership, communication, team building, strategy, global account sales and management, operations, and P&L management. John is focused as a speaker, coach, and consultant specializing in client and employee retention, and also oversees operations as the COO for Mastermind Lounge™.
Over his career John worked for some of the most prominent global brands like AT&T and HTC, as well as many small technology and start-up entities. He has worked with a host of the Fortune 500 – for example GE, AT&T, Merck, Goldman Sachs, Verizon, Chevron, Ford, General Motors, Verizon, Deloitte, Exelon and many more. During that time, John retained clients, as well as built channels, processes and teams that well outperformed the norm. In a corporate role, John managed a P&L of over $60 million and held a 99% client revenue retention rate vs. the corporate client revenue retention rate of approximately 75%. In another role, he helped build a new channel that started with zero dollars in revenue and grew to $25 million in 2 years, securing at that time the largest corporate client for his channel partner. John is utilizing his specialized philosophies and systems to provide this same level of success for all companies who look to seek explosive gains in all aspects of their business.
He was educated by some of the world’s most renowned professors in Corporate Strategy, Organizational Architecture and Finance at the William E. Simon School of Business where he received his MBA as part of the global executive MBA program with the University of Bern in Switzerland and Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands. He attained his BA from St. John Fisher College, where he was also a four-year member of the varsity football team.
John’s personal purpose is focused solely on helping others. Whether that is in a professional or personal setting, the goal has always been the same: Find ways to help people and better the cause. This lifelong journey of helping has endured through faith, family, and having an extremely close group of friends, many of whom are in his hometown of Herkimer, NY.
Away from work, John’s time is focused on three critical areas: Faith, Family and Friends. He spends time teaching children, coaching sports, attending family events, as well as church and volunteer activities. He resides in Penfield, NY, with his wife Heidi and two daughters, Grace and Faith.
As a young man, Kelvin commenced employment in the local timber and hardware store, in Sunbury, country Victoria. When Reece, a major plumbing and supply company took over the store, Kelvin, an Assistant Manager, eventually became a Store Manager, managing various stores for several years; and being responsible for installing one of the first ‘Timber Roof Trust’ manufacturing plants in Victoria.
Kelvin accepted a position to manage a Mitre 10 Timber & Hardware store, leaving to take up a senior management position, as a Business Development Manager of a ‘Start Up’ business.
Throughout his employment journey, Kelvin was also the proprietor of a Painting & Plastering business, contracted to a Melbourne domestic home builder.
2001 saw Kelvin lured back to the Timber & Hardware Industry, once again, managing multiple stores for a National Company. It was also this year that Kelvin became an integral member of the Indelta International Family; combining his own employment and proprietary business affairs, with assisting Indelta International on its journey; where he is now a Senior Director of the company.
Kelvin has been honoured by the Mayor and Board of the Hume City Council, for decades of ‘Community Service’, not only as Club President and Club Secretary for the Sunbury Lions Football and Netball Club; but for his leadership and dedication, in contributing to that club being a highly successful ‘Sporting Club’, with outstanding facilities for all members of the Hume City Community.
Bernie is Indelta International’s In-House-Counsel, who has had an outstanding career in the Legal Profession, starting off as a young man as a ‘Magistrate’s Clerk’ in Melbourne Australia; before taking law at the prestigious Melbourne University and embarking on a legendary career as a Barrister and Solicitor.
Bernie and his team of skilled Barristers and Solicitors, which includes his daughter, Anna, a Lawyer in her own right, with his other three daughters, all having worked at the offices of Balmer and Associates; have established the firm as a Legal Institution in Melbourne Australia.
Bernie, who holds the Honour of the ‘Order of Australia’, was a University Boxing Champion, going on to hold two positions on the World Boxing Council and becoming Chairman of the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board and President of the Sorrento Football and Netball Club.
Bernie is regarded as ‘The Celebrity’ of Indelta International, with media photographs constantly appearing, depicting him meeting, all over the world, with an eclectic group of global figures; from the legendary American boxing promoter, Don King to the former Governor-General of Australia, General, Sir Peter John Cosgrove, AK, CVO, MC. Indelta International could not wish for a more reliable figure in its corner than ‘Bernie the Attorney’.
David heads the Consultancy Business, Management Victoria Group, which in 1999, negotiated the joint venture between a Business Consortium and Academia, to form a Provider of ‘Face to Face’ and ‘On-Line’ Safety Training Company, culminating in Indelta International Pty Ltd being incorporated in 2004.
Management Victoria Group continues to advise Indelta International, in relation to Business Development Strategies, with David currently in the United Kingdom; involved in the establishment of an Indelta International office in London, which will serve as a base into Europe in the near future.
CMSgt Todd Popovic is the Command Chief, Special Warfare Training Wing, Air Education and Training Command, Chapman Training Annex, Texas. He is the principal advisor to the wing commander on the effective utilization, professional development, training readiness, and welfare of the wing’s enlisted force. As the Air Force’s Special Warfare Training Wing, the wing recruits, assesses, selects, and trains ground combat forces that specialize in airpower application to lead and execute global access, precision strike, and personnel recovery operations. The wing is comprised of a Special Warfare Training Group and Human Performance Support Group, totaling seven squadrons of Special Warfare operators, Combat Mission Support personnel, and Human Performance and Operational Medicine specialists.
Chief Popovic enlisted in the Air Force in May 1994, where he served in Security Forces until he was recruited into Pararescue in 1997. Throughout his career, he has leadership positions at the squadron, group, wing, and major command levels. Chief Popovic has served in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM, including numerous combat missions and search and rescue missions. Prior to assuming his current position, Chief Popovic served as Group Superintendent, Special Warfare Training Group, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. He and his wife Robbin have two sons, Chase and Chance.
